Jaeger Schnitzel…veal schnitzel in a crisp cracker crust pan sautéed and topped with a sour cream mushroom sauce
Zigeuner Schnitzel...veal schnitzel in a crisp cracker crust, pan sautéed and topped with a rich veal demi glace with sautéed peppers, onions and a few red pepper flakes
Rouladen…fork tender…thinly sliced eye of round filled with sautéed onion, bacon and dill pickle, rolled and baked in a wonderful mushroom gravy

……. Also… German Style Sauerkraut, Red Cabbage with apples, German Style Potatoes and German Style Noodles

THIS MENU WILL RUN CONSECUTIVELY WITH OUR REGULAR DINNER MENU

MUSIC ON WEDNESDAY!!!   Bill Passalacqua and the Ginn Sisters will be playing on the Patio from 6 to 9 pm.  He promises some good beer drinking songs!  So…guys put on your lederhosen and ladies your dirndl (translation shorts and flip-flops) and join us for a good time.
