Bistro 108 Closed December 24 & 25 and Jan 1

The Bistro 108 will be closed for the Christmas holidays, December 24 and 25. We will be open our regular hours beginning Wednesday, December 26. We will also be closed on January 1, 2008. We wish you and yours a very happy holiday season and a most prosperous New Year. Hope to see you soon.

Fresh Fish from Hawaii

Our fresh fish this week from Honolulu Fish Company are:

Mero - Japanese Sea Bass, large snow white filets that are buttery rich and delicious.

A new introduction to the Bistro is the Tasmanian Ocean Trout, a cross between a Steelhead and Rainbow Trout. Farm raised in the pristine waters off the coast of Tasmania. It looks and tastes like a mild salmon. It is high in omega 3 oils and grown in deep water with strong currents. A very sustainable, good for you fish. Hope you try it.
