Fresh Fish from Hawaii

Our fresh fish this week from Honolulu Fish Company are:

Mero - Japanese Sea Bass, large snow white filets that are buttery rich and delicious.

A new introduction to the Bistro is the Tasmanian Ocean Trout, a cross between a Steelhead and Rainbow Trout. Farm raised in the pristine waters off the coast of Tasmania. It looks and tastes like a mild salmon. It is high in omega 3 oils and grown in deep water with strong currents. A very sustainable, good for you fish. Hope you try it.

Announcing a brief schedule change at Bistro 108

Please note that we will be closed on Monday, November 12 for Veterans Day. Please be sure and come in for lunch on Tuesday.
