Bistro 108 Fresh Fish

This weekend Bistro Mero (Japanese Sea Bass) and Ahi Tuna from Hawaii. The Mero will be grilled and topped with a delicious Citrus Butter Sauce and the Tuna will be seared rare, sliced thin and topped with a light soy ginger sauce. We serve our fresh fish as simply as possible in order to enhance the fabulously fresh taste of the fish. Our fish is flown direct from the market in Hawaii - overnite - to our restaurant and has not been frozen. You can't get any fresher fish unless you catch it yourself.

Check out some the great entertainment in La Grange this weekend at www.thebugleboy.com. Friday nite is Andrew McKnight and Saturday is the Belleville Outfit.

It is not too late to sign up for the cooking class on Monday January 28 at Le Petite Gourmet Shoppe (www.lepetitegourmetshoppe.com). Chef Susan will be making fresh Ravioli, Italian Chopped Salad, and Tiramisu.

Make your reservations for Valentine's now. February 14 will be here before we know it. Chef Susan is working on a special menu for this romantic holiday. Call us or email us. (979-968-9108 or info@bistro108.com)
