This weeks Fresh Fish from Hawaii is Mero - Japanese Sea Bass
The fish this week is the succulent Japanese Sea Bass. Chef Susan is planning on preparing Macadamia Nut crusted Sea Bass. It is so delicate, light and delicious. Don't miss it. Our featured appetizers will be the Tuna Napolean - a stacked layers of fried wontons and sashimi ahi tuna, avocado & sesame and of course our famous Bistro crab cakes.

Queen of the Holy Rosary Church in Hostyn celebrates their annual Mayfest on Sunday, May 4, at the Parish located at 936 FM 2436, La Grange, TX. Polka Mass is at 10 a.m. and a Hostyn style dinner of BBQ pork and sausage and all the trimmings will be served starting at 11 a.m. Adult plates are $7, children under 12 are $3.50, drive-thru plates to go are $7.
